The contact form on this site now answers on its own.
Fill it in and you’ll have a reply in a minute or two — written against what you actually asked rather than a template, sent from bennernet.com, sitting in your inbox before you’ve moved on to the next thing. I still read every message myself and follow up personally. What changed is that nobody waits until Monday to hear anything at all.
It’s a WordPress plugin and a small gateway service behind it. I built it because the gap between “message sent” and “someone got back to me” is where small businesses quietly lose work they’d otherwise have won, and because the usual fix — a chat widget — is the thing serious buyers close without reading.
Lead Responder is side work. It sits alongside a few other tools I build, and what they earn funds Glyc and IBD Movement, which are the point of Bennernet Ventures. It seemed worth using my own contact form as the proving ground before putting it anywhere near anyone else’s.
If you want the detail — how it works, what it refuses to say, how long anything is kept — it’s all written up here: Lead Responder.
Or just send something through the contact form and see what comes back.
